Impacts from Hurricane Helene

Dear Valued Customers,

As many of you are aware - western North Carolina was hit hard by Hurricane Helene. Diecast Hangar is a small, private retail business located about 20 minutes northwest of Asheville, North Carolina, and our entire community has been devastated by Hurricane Helene. We as a business did not sustain any damage luckily, but we have been without power and water for the last 5 days, with no end in sight. The latest estimates for power being restored is sometime within the next 2 weeks.

Most package delivery services have stopped delivering to Asheville, with the exception of relief and aid. For the time being, we are currently suspending shipments until we regain power and shipping logistics can be re-assessed. That could be weeks, or upwards of a month.

We will keep you updated on our situation, specifically, as time allows and reach back out to you when we think we are ready to start serving you, our customers again.

Please reach out to us in regards to individual orders should you wish to cancel, or have questions about them. Once we reach some level of normalcy, we will start to fulfill orders again.

We fully encourage and appreciate your patronage during this extended downtime for our small business, as we wish to continue serving you going forward.
