Shipping policy

Shipping and Handling

We are a startup company, and for that reason we only offer shipping within the United States. In the future we aim to expand our business internationally, and in the mean time we appreciate your patience.

We offer shipping via USPS and UPS Ground. All orders received will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement as long as the item is in stock. Order tracking is provided free of charge for all orders. For estimated shipping times please see below. Orders qualifying for Free Shipping are shipped at the most cost effective rate.  Shipping class for each order is based on the orders total weight. See Shipping Times listed below.

Pre-Order Items

Orders placed as Pre-Order will not ship immediately. Pre-Order secures your purchase for when the models arrive from the vendor at our warehouse.  Be advised that Pre-Order items will ship within 24-48 hours of arriving at our warehouse and you will be notified with an email containing tracking information. Sometimes Pre-Order items may take months after purchase before they are physically shipped out to you.

USPS Priority Mail                1-3 Days

UPS 2nd day Air                     2 Days

Note: Shipping times are from time of shipment and does not include processing and handling. We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances with the shipping carrier.

Business Days

We consider business days for shipping purposes to be Monday through Friday. Holidays are excluded as business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed for shipping you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We want to provide a sense of security as your order makes its way to you!
